*Creighton University is a MOMS Gold Level Strategic Partner*

Women in Medicine Wine + Learning Series:
The 4 A’s: Approachable, Authoritative, Authentic, and Aligned”, exploring gender differences in competency, personality, and perception.

Pam Hernandez, Founder of The Right Reflection, will present a provocative and highly interactive session on “The 4 A’s: Approachable, Authoritative, Authentic, and Aligned”, exploring gender differences in competency, personality, and perception.

Have you ever felt like your real self wasn’t acceptable or accepted in the workplace? Have you ever found yourself “trying to be one of the guys” or covering up for your personal obligations (e.g. having children) lest anyone should think they might interfere with your professional performance? Put a few new arrows in your quiver, with practical tips and strategies to manage The 4 A’s in your career.

Pam’s thirty-year career in the financial services industry began as an entry-level employee and culminated in her role as Chief Operating Officer. She hired, developed and led at all levels in her organization, from entry to executive level, and her experience included marketing, human resources, IT, operations and strategy. As she rose, she recognized the importance that transformational leadership plays in the overall success of an organization – and the well-being of its employees.

With this experience, she pursued and received her Master’s Degree in Applied Positive Psychology at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania. Her work focused on bringing about transformational change with organizations and individuals. Pam is also certified in a number of psychological and leadership assessment tools and programs, as well as being a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation.

Most importantly, Pam’s thirty years of corporate experience combined with her degrees, certifications and specialized training, ensure that the programs and advice she brings are well researched, practical and workable.
