Sarpy County
- Individuals 80 years-old and older and their spouses 80 years-old and under
- Organizations specifically assigned by Sarpy and Cass County
- Developmentally Disabled Organizations (caregivers and clients)
- Independent living facilities
- Nursing type facilities
MEDICAID WAIVER UPDATE:
COVID-19 vaccinations are only available for parents caring for a developmentally disabled child 18 years-old or younger.
Douglas County
- Organizations specifically assigned by Douglas County
- Developmentally Disabled Organizations (caregivers and clients)
- Independent living facilities
- Nursing type facilities specifically
- Limited availability for individuals that are 80 years-old and older. Currently they have reached their maximum limit. Sign up at the Douglas County Health Center, view locations and stay up to date when age requirements change. https://vaccinate.ne.gov
