Introduction to meditation for wellness and stress reduction.  Come for meditation, stay for Yoga (immediately following).

YOGA FOR RELAXATION (Weekly)

Instructor – Susan Evans, MD
Wednesdays, 8:00-9:00 PM
Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.  Classes suitable for all fitness levels.

MUSIC JAM SESSIONS (Sundays in the fall, dates TBD)
