RECURRING CLASSES

MEDITATION (SESSIONS PAUSED FOR SUMMER, will resume in Fall, dates TBD)

Wednesdays, 7:00 -7:45 PM
Introduction to meditation for wellness and stress reduction.  Come for meditation, stay for Yoga (immediately following).

YOGA FOR RELAXATION (Weekly) – SESSIONS ARE BACK FOR THE FALL! Classes resume weekly at R+R beginning Sept. 28

Instructor – Susan Evans, MD
Wednesdays, 8:00-9:00 PM
Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.  Classes suitable for all fitness levels.
