MOMS membership is required to reserve the R+R Wellness Center for a private event. A member physician must be on site at all times and responsible for opening and locking the space. The security code to enter may not be shared with non-physician attendees or staff. (Not a member? Learn more about becoming a MOMS member.)
The R+R Wellness Center is equipped with:
- Smart TV (in seating area)
- Wi-Fi
- Bluetooth speaker
- Portable video screen
- Seating on site: (4 -folding table and chair sets that each seat 4; round table and chairs that seats 4; 4 chairs and end table; lounge seating for 7
- 2 – 6′ rectangular folding tables (for displays or buffets)
Any additional AV equipment needed (laptop, projector, etc.) as well as, additional tables, chairs or other equipment needed – the member will need to make these arrangements.
The R+R Wellness Center is not staffed, so any catering arrangements as well as table and chair or room set up is the responsibility of the member. Member must arrange to be on site for any catering or other delivery and pick up. It is the expectation that you will return the space to the condition you found it. Extra garbage receptacles are located in the small kitchenette in the back hallway and there is a dumpster behind the building.
If you require a more traditional boardroom style meeting space, you may also request to reserve the boardroom at the MOMS offices located at 7906 Davenport Street. This meeting space has a board table that seats 14 with additional seating for a maximum of 20-24 people. It is equipped with a computer, video screen, conference phone, WiFi and has built in as well as surround sound.
