The MOMS Retired Physicians Group will hear a presentation about Omaha Bridges Out of Poverty.  Mr. Roger Howard and Mr. John Parsons, with the input of community partners, have developed a plan to empower under-resourced families to change their lives by discovering and overcoming barriers to success with a goal of helping 50,000 Omaha area individuals lift themselves out of poverty by the year 2026.

DocBuild 2023: Habitat for Humanity Event

 

 

Be a part of this collective effort of physicians, medical students, residents and clinic staff as we work together to build healthy homes for Habitat for Humanity families.  No experience necessary – there are tasks for all skill levels.  Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age. Location will be determined a week prior to the event and will be communicated to participants at that time. Registration is limited.

Volunteers must commit to a full shift, from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM with a lunch break. Volunteers will receive lunch, t-shirts, snacks and beverages, compliments of our Platinum Strategic Partner.
