MOMS Early Career Physicians Night Out
Escape Room and Tasting Dinner at Saffron
Arrive by: 5:45 PM (The Escape Room Omaha – 6315 Center Street)
Escape Rooms: 6:00 PM (Doors lock – don’t be late!)
Dinner at Saffron Urban Indian Kitchen: 7:30 PM (6706 Frances Street)
What happens in an escape room? Your team of up to seven players will be “locked” in a room for one hour. Inside the room are clues to find and puzzles to solve. It will take quick thinking and a lot of teamwork. Objective: Beat the game before time runs out!
Once you have successfully solved (or not solved) your escape room, our group will head across the street to Saffron Urban Indian Kitchen for a buffet with a variety of options for more of a tasting of several dishes. Here is the menu:
Appetizer
Vegetable Samosa – Puff pastry, Red Potato, Tamarind, and Mint Chutney
Papadam – Crispy Fried Lentil, Tamarind and Mint Chutney
Main Course
Basmati Rice
Plain Naan (vegetarian)
Cauliflower Chicken – Chicken Breast, Cauliflower, Raddish, Creamy Yellow Sauce
Palak Aloo (vegetarian) – Potatoes, Spinach Curry
Paneer Makhani (vegetarian) – House Paneer, Makhani sauce
Dessert
Yogurt and gulab Jamun tasting dinner at 7:30 PM at Saffron Urban Indian Kitchen.
